Transformation and Growth

Over the past two years, Kyro BioPharma Solutions has turned a single recruiter business into an expanding staffing enterprise. "Well I first needed to get insurance and we found Brown & Brown of Merrimack N.H. to be excellent for our business related needs dealing with multiple states and big pharmaceutical companies,"explained Kyriacopulos. The scalable potential brought challenges and opportunities to KBPS' leadership, by the end of the first year they expanding its workforce into New York, Florida, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina.

"We had a customer initially who gave us a chance. In the very beginning, we were able to recruit and employ some key people initially and then we filled two more roles, and then a few more, then more and so on we go now." - Alex Kyriacopulos

Alex then went on to explain the close relationship with KBPS business partner Madison Resources of Portsmouth, New Hampshire as a consistent, steadfast support system helping KBPS with workforce solutions. "Madison has been tremendous," Kyriacopulos continues, "They bring stability to the back office, being a start up company it's wonderful to have a dedicated business partner behind us making sure we are compliant." This strategic alliance has enabled KBPS to enhance services, improve efficiency, and boost customer satisfaction and loyalty. KBPS has expanded its workforce and solidified its headquarters in New Hampshire, serving as a central hub for operations. This strategic location enhances accessibility and resources, fostering a collaborative and innovative company culture. The dedicated team and supportive environment have propelled KBPS to tackle complex projects and engage a broader client base.

Revenue Growth

The upward trajectory of KBPS is a direct result of a combination of well matched business systems, solutions and people working together, which allowed this staffing company to be born and survive. "Our success is largely attributed to the consistency of our clients and the dedication of our workers who show up every day to complete their assignments. It all begins with a single effort, but where we end up is ultimately determined by our collective actions." CEO Alex Kyriacopulos explained. KBPS has also increased marketing efforts to boost brand visibility and attract a wider client base. These initiatives use digital strategies, traditional outreach, and community engagement to connect with potential clients, aiming to deepen understanding of KBPS's value.

Each engineer and staff member has played a crucial role in fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Their coordinated efforts have empowered KBPS not only to grow but also to innovate consistently. Looking ahead, Kyro BioPharma Solutions are in constantly emerging markets. Industry projections suggest an annual growth rate of 13% in the Life Sciences, Facilities Expansion, and Energy R&D industries by 2026. Thinking about recruiting and business development meeting focus for 2026, Kyriacopulos explained, "We started our company helping a big construction engineering company, but on the cGMP Validation side, then we expanded in their field. We also have an interest in Energy, especially how Pharma and BioTech plants are powered, but our main focus is Life Science staffing services." KBPS aims to become a substantial asset to enrolled customers. Continued perseverance and innovation by leveraging technology will hopefully optimize acquisition strategies to adapt to the new hiring needs and customer orders.

Embracing Challenges

In its formative days, the company faced challenges ranging from obtaining funding to navigating the complexities of the biopharma landscape. Each obstacle became an opportunity for learning and growth. These experiences allowed Alex to refine his approach and build a business model that is both sustainable and scalable.

One of the standout features of KBPS is its unwavering focus on innovation, which serves as a cornerstone of the company’s strategic vision and operational framework. This proactive approach to innovation allows the company to not only keep pace with industry changes but to anticipate trends and set benchmarks that others aspire to achieve.

KBPS finishes 2025 with a relentless pursuit of candidate sourcing innovation. KBPS has successfully implemented a system that sets KBPS to react well to hiring needs in several different skill markets needs with speed. "One of the major initivates I took on since we stopped being a one man band is building out the back office systems to deliver quick recruiting results," explained Alex. "These solutions are not only tailored to address current challenges but are also designed with an eye toward future hires." Alex's focus helps his recruiters start from a point which takes most recruiters hours. A skilled recruiter in his own right, Alex set his sights on leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, KBPS has been able to create a back office that puts a KBPS recruiter in position to impress customers, ultimately leading to increased satisfaction and loyalty.
